Pink Out

Tonight, Jackson got to attend his first gymnastics meet.  The Tigers hosted the #1 Alabama Crimson Tide (who are also the 2 time defending national champs).  There was little hope that we beat them and we then performed some of the worst routines (my opinion only!) we have seen in recent years so we got beat by 4 points :(

It was an unsuccessful night, gymnastics wise, but other than that we had a fun time and even ran into a few people we know!  Although it was the "pink out" none of us were wearing pink and only 3 of us were even in Tiger gear, and Jackson was in a totally retro MU  hoodie and I was loving it.

We got to attend another pink out and see Truman in his pink shirt. Neither kid wanted to go up to meet Truman in person, but we were in the front upper row so we were able to see him up close!

What a day and what a game! Too bad there weren't more KU fans there to enjoy it (LOL)

MU Homecoming (AWESOMEST GAME AT FAUROT!)

So maybe I just made up the word awesomest, but I don't care. This MU vs OU game was the best one I have ever witnessed at faurot field...and I have had season tickets for about 15 years!

So exciting, but I have become too old to be one to rush the field, but it was exciting to watch it happen too!

MU Homecoming (GAMEDAY!!!!!!)

So our Homecoming game this year against Oklahoma ranked for us to have Gameday come to Columbia. I know this post is a bit behind the times, but I thought I would post some of the fun we had and some of the great signs we saw while there!

Tiger Tailgating

Reagan and Wil got to spend time with us for our tailgating before the Colorado game. Since Jeani was going to watch the kids she just left the tailgate with them when they were ready to go. We had a lot of fun and got to see Olivia, Logan and Aunt Carla along with our usual tailgating group.

MU Tiger Volleyball

We had fun going to the MU vs NU volleyball match...too bad they beat us in 3 straight sets, but we still had fun (and got to see Truman)!

The Pink Out (Jan 22)

We have really enjoyed getting to go to MU Gymnastic events at Hearnes and we made it to a few again this year. We made it to the pink out against Iowa State and here are a few pictures.
