Picnic in the Park

We were able to have a picnic lunch with Miles and Erica (and Miss Shannon) again this summer while he was in his week long summer preschool. Last year Reagan's 3 week playschool was the same week and the part we choose is in between the 2 schools, but this year Reagan's school didn't start until the week after his.

The kids had so much fun running around and playing "fire" with the trees and really had a great time...and it wasn't too hot!

A visit with the Jami e's

Since Jamie now officially (but not really) works a part time schedule she planned some time to come down for a visit. It was great they got to the house on a Sunday evening and then Monday morning we picked up some Panera and took off to see Jami and the kids. Jamie hadn't seen the new house or the new baby yet so it was a great visit. The kids had a lot of fun and there were only a few power struggles between them. It is hard to believe that between the 3 of now there were 8 kids and 1 dog present...we have come a long way from Bold Ruler!

4th of July

Ok so time for yet another catch-up post. We spent the 3rd of July at the Hentges and had a great time for food and fireworks!

We have found out that we CAN see the fireworks (over at the stadium) well from our deck, so I don't see us ever really getting out into the hassel of things at the stadium. Reagan couldn't (wouldn't) make up her mind if she wanted to go to watch them and by the time she decided she did want to, it was too late and we would never make it. We sat outside with our radio tuned into the wrong station (of course) and enjoyed the show and then we were able to put the kiddos right to bed. Enjoy some of the shots from the Hentges party!

STL Zoo

So back at the beginning of June (yes I know these are out of order) we went to the StL zoo with the Hancock family! Mom and Dad, Patti and the kids, Mike and Carla and the kids and we went. It was a long fun day (and not too hot).

Vacation Highlights

We had our annual Creech family vacation to Mt. Magazine, AR June 19th - 26th. The cabin/house we stayed in was great and we would have used the hot tub a lot more if it hadn't been for the extreme heat the whole time we were there!
